These Terms govern your use of services provided by Verdant Atelier (“we,” “us,” “our”), a boutique indoor plant studio operating from 142 Triq il-Kbira, San Pawl il-Baħar, Malta. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer plant styling, custom installations, maintenance plans, and biophilic design consultancy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are detailed in individual project proposals signed by both parties.
All quotations remain valid for 30 days from issuance. Plant availability is subject to seasonal sourcing and may shift slightly between proposal and installation; we will always notify clients of any substitutions.
A 40% deposit is required to confirm any installation booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory Maltese commercial rate.
Plants are living organisms and require care. Once installed, ongoing health depends on environmental factors (light, humidity, watering). Warranties on plant health apply only to clients enrolled in our maintenance programme.
Installations may be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice for a partial deposit refund. Custom-grown specimens are non-refundable once sourced.
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Designs, drawings, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier until full payment is received and may not be reproduced without consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
